CARA DELEVINGNE STRIPS
The Model And Advocate Teams Up With I’m Not A Trophy To Raise Awareness Against Trophy Hunting And Poaching Initiatives
True to her status as a super-influencer, model and actress Cara Delevingne strips down and bares it all in the name of saving the animals. Delevingne has teamed up with recently-launched activist organization I’m Not A Trophy to shed light on severely endangered wildlife species. The supermodel announced her new role on Instagram this morning with photos from the campaign along with the message, “I am so proud to be the an ambassador of @imnotatrophy organization to create greater awareness in the malicious acts of trophy hunting and poaching of endangered species! imnotatrophy.org.” The images display a nude Delevingne with stunning images of endangered animals printed on her skin.
Founded this year by artist and photographer Arno Elias, the organization focuses on endorsements from “personalities and celebrities, key brand partnerships, and products exclusive to the organization to raise money for the wildlife.” The campaign is the first for the organization, and they’ve chosen the perfect celebrity to spread the word. Delevingne is no stranger to advocacy. She has spoken up on several issues ranging from mental illness to LGBTQ+ rights. In 2014, she supported gender equality by participating in #FreeTheNipple, a popular social media campaign based off the film, fighting against female oppression and censorship.
